Lea (do-the-russian-twist) created the December Yoga Challenge.
Each day in December there is a different yoga pose to try, and a little something to think about whilst you’re doing it. If you want, you can blog about it afterwards, and tag your posts with ‘december yoga challenge’.
I decided to make a printable calendar so that you can have a physical copy of the challenge, to act as a reminder to do it every day.

I got this workout from a magazine and made it into a graphic! I do it all the time and it’s a real workout I am always dripping sweat afterwords!
Repeat twice through for a complete 20-minute workout.
